Cancellations
- Bookings cancelled within 72 hrs are subject to 100% cancellation charge.
- Group bookings cancelled within seven (7) days for a minimum ten (10) room arrivals are subject to 100% cancellation charge.
Complaints
Any complaints concerning accommodation, food and beverage, service or any other issues related to the Hotel in question must be reported on site and recorded accordingly. Failure to do so, will result in the Hotel not being held responsible in any way.
Following that, any dissatisfaction arising with the handling and resolving of the complaint on site must be received by the Hotel Manager in writing not later than 14 days after client’s departure. Failure to do so will result in the hotel taking no responsibility or action.
Payment
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice and any subsequent delay will be subjected to penalty fees of 10% of the total value if the invoice remains unpaid without valid reason for every 30 days thereafter
Service
The services to be provided by the hotel shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of reservation and/or at the time of stay at the Hotel.
Insurance
The hotel shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or personal injury or any other form of disability or inconvenience and financial responsibility shall be that of the client alone
Liability
The hotel will not accept responsibility or be liable for any inconveniences or financial implications of any sort arising from any incident on the hotel premises during the guests’ stay. This includes any lack of service not available due to reasons out of the hotel’s control like water shortage, power cuts, weather conditions and all other natural disasters
Law
This contract is governed in accordance with the Laws of Tanzania |
